I’m a bachelor’s trained nurse of 14 years turned health & wellness coach.
That’s my little brother that I’m so lovingly and professionally placing bunny ears behind! Haha. He was in residency for medical school in the same hospital I was working in as a nurse at the time. This time made for a great opportunity to give him all the special love only a big sister can bestow! :)
Here is a little about my story and why I’ve chosen to move into the holistic, integrative, functional side of medicine. Through my own declining health after becoming a mother and not finding answers to my growing list of chronic symptoms through western medicine modalities, I started to search for answers in the natural medicine world. Because I have a strong background in the sciences thank to some amazing professors while I was in my Biochemistry major, along with my nursing school professors, I have the foundation to critically filter through all the information out there. I needed and wanted my health and energy restored so I could be the mother I wanted to be. I want to age the best I can so I am not just present, but ACTIVE in my children’s and future grandchildren’s lives. With a lot of research and trying many many things, I was able to restore my energy levels, eliminate the brain fog, regulate my hormones, eliminate chronic pain in my back, knees, and ankles, and so much more. All with natural modalities that do not require me to be on medications or even supplements the rest of my life. I finally started to heal in ways I honestly had started to lose hope in. I highly respect western medicine and feel it certainly has it’s place, and when in conjunction with holistic/natural remedies and tools, one’s overall health can reach a level most feel is unachievable from where they are currently at. My Approach
I love to learn and am continually expanding my knowledge and adding holistic modality skills to my toolkit. I love creating a tailored plan for my clients using a variety of modalities that best suits their health & wellness desires. Everyone is unique. And everyone requires a unique approach.

Somatic modalities
Moving your body, and also releasing stored trauma and emotions form within the body are crucial. Research has been showing increased understanding on how interconnected the mind and body are. I feel approaching health from all sides is where success lies.

Through various modalities, let’s heal your nervous system and move you into a life of positivity and optimism. Keeping a positive outlook and a growth mindset is crucial not just our mental health, but your physical health as well. Every time you have a negative emotional response, you release a cascade of hormones into the body that cause inflammation and physical damage.
